Jurely Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Jurely mobile application. By using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

To use Jurely, you may sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for maintaining the security of your account.

You agree to use Jurely only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• uploading or distributing illegal or harmful content,
• attempting to bypass app security systems,
• using the service for fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

You remain the owner of the documents you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to process it solely for providing analysis services.

Jurely uses the OpenAI API, which means your documents may be temporarily transmitted to OpenAI servers for analysis. We are not responsible for the policies and practices of OpenAI, but we commit to using your data only within the app’s functionality.

Jurely is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness of the analysis results and are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available in the app. Continuing to use the service means you agree to the updated Terms.

We may temporarily or permanently restrict access to Jurely if you violate these Terms or use the service unlawfully.
