Jurely Account Deletion

To permanently delete your Jurely account, please follow these steps inside the app:

1. Open the Profile section in the app.
2. Click the Delete button.
3. Confirm the removal when prompted.

Once confirmed, the deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed.

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:

• All personal profile information (name, email, avatar),
• All uploaded and processed documents,
• All active and future recurring payments,
• Your complete purchase history in Jurely.

After deletion, we do not keep any of your user information, documents, or purchase history. However, certain payment records may be retained by WayForPay (our payment provider) for legal and financial compliance, in line with their policies. These records are stored only for the minimum period required by law and cannot be used to identify you personally within Jurely.
